Privacy-first saving for your personal vault
Privacy information for RecallVault users.
AI creates a title, summary, tags and folder suggestion so the save is useful months later.
RecallVault is designed around the idea that saved content is personal. People save travel plans, family research, business ideas, documents, notes and reminders. That content should stay private unless the user chooses otherwise.
By default, saves and folders are private. Public folder links are only created when a user changes a folder visibility to public. Shared folders are intended for selected people only.
This page explains the privacy principles behind RecallVault. It is not a substitute for formal legal advice, but it describes how the product is designed to handle saved content responsibly.
Why saved content becomes hard to find
Saved content gets scattered
Useful links end up across browser bookmarks, Instagram saves, screenshots, WhatsApp messages, notes apps and email. When everything is split across platforms, finding one useful idea later becomes slow.
Titles are not enough
A saved post or video title often does not describe why you saved it. Months later you remember the idea, not the exact wording of the page.
Good ideas expire
The longer content sits unorganised, the less useful it becomes. RecallVault is designed to turn saving into a searchable personal memory.
A cleaner way to save and remember
AI makes every save more useful
RecallVault can turn saved content into clear titles, summaries, key points and tags so the item still makes sense later.
Folders stay flexible
Create private folders for personal use, public folders for shareable collections and shared folders for selected people.
Search by meaning
Instead of remembering exact titles, search by topic, purpose or memory, such as travel ideas, baby products, marketing examples or AI tools.
